James T. Brown, Ph.D.
Dr. Brown, president of SEBA Solutions Inc. provides project management training and consulting for dozens of Fortune 500 companies, both on a national and international level. He worked for more than 16 years at NASA, serving in team member, project manager and executive-level positions. Brown has received numerous awards for his project management contributions, including the NASA Public Service Medal, "Teacher of the Year" for Industrial Engineering at Florida A&M/Florida State University College of Engineering and "Engineer of the Year" from the Cape Canaveral Technical Societies. |

Lawrence L. Devine
Mr. Devine has more than 30 years of aerospace product and product development experience acquired through careers with the United States Air Force and as a director for business development for Northrup Grumman. He has received numerous certificates and awards for this leadership and expertise from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Sandia National Laboratories and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Lincoln Laboratory. |

James J. Dwight
James Dwight is President \ Head of School of Florida Air Academy, an international boarding and day college preparatory school. Mr. Dwight’s extensive professional and community service includes leadership roles as President of the Association of Military Colleges and Schools of the United States as well as Chairman of the Brevard Workforce Development Board, the Melbourne\Palm Bay Area Chamber Commerce and the Space Coast Early Intervention Center. He currently serves on the boards of the Wuesthoff Health Care System, Florida Tech University’s College of Business and the Brevard Cultural Alliance.
Mr. Dwight and his wife Christine are long-time residents of Melbourne and the proud parents of two sons, Paul and Oliver. Mr Dwight is a licensed private pilot who also enjoys cycling, skiing and supporting the arts and other civic organizations.

Richard P. McNeight
Richard (Rick) McNeight is the President of Federal Systems LLC which he founded in 2006. Federal Systems is a mid-tier technology investment company serving the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian agencies. Previously, Mr. McNeight was the founder and President of Paravant, which became the worldwide leader in the design and production of rugged computers for military systems and high speed processing systems for the Intelligence Community. He orchestrated Paravant's IPO (PVAT-NASDAQ) in 1996, subsequent acquisition of five companies, and later sale of Paravant to DRS Technologies (DRS-NYSE) in 2002, which Mr. McNeight continued to run as President of DRS Tactical Systems Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Prior to Paravant, Mr. McNeight held various software engineering and management positions in the telecommunications industry including Director of Software Engineering for ITT International Telecommunications and staff advisor at Siemen's headquarters in Munich, Germany. In addition to the TRDA Board, he currently serves on the following community and business Boards:

Mr. McNeight holds a BS degree from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in Applied Science and Engineering and a MSE degree from the University of Michigan in Computer Information and Control Engineering.
